Preparation
Get the Most From Your Session
Simple things you can do before your StretchMate Pro arrives.
Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water before your session. Well-hydrated muscles stretch more effectively and recover faster.
Light Meal Beforehand
Eat a light meal 1-2 hours before. Avoid heavy meals right before — a full stomach makes certain stretches uncomfortable.
Arrive Clean
A quick shower before makes for a more comfortable experience for both you and your StretchMate Pro.
Clear Your Schedule
Allow 70-80 minutes total. Rushing creates tension — the more relaxed you are, the better your results.
Clear a Small Space
Clear an 8ft × 4ft area for the portable table. A bedroom, living room, or even a backyard patio works perfectly.
